THE MISSION:
Our mission is to influence and educate communities through the creation of cultural cuisine, utilizing timeless techniques and ingredients. Catering to dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor and cultivating relationships with those who grow the food we eat.
THE CHEF:
Bianca Simone Victoria, Originally from Los Angeles, C.A., has spent the last five years making it her priority to explore various ways of eating clean without sacrificing flavor. In 2019, she journeyed to New York City to study at The Natural Gourmet Institute, to expand her knowledge on eating clean. While living in Brooklyn she was able to work in several influential kitchens that would inspire her on her culinary journey. In 2020, just before the pandemic Bianca would relocate to Atlanta, G.A., to venture fully in culinary entrepruneuship. With an extensive resume’ ranging; from movie sets, musician retreats, private dinner parties & personal meal prep, she is making her mark with flavor forward initiatives.
THE FOOD:
Bianca suggest that her cooking style resonates mostly with love. Influenced by many experiences within her own family, she is adamant on helping others find what works best for their dietary restrictions.
